Technical Manufacturing Details — What Sets Our Activewear Apart
Good activewear is not just about the fabric. The construction matters just as much. Here is what we do differently at the manufacturing level
Flatlock stitching. We use flatlock seam construction on all performance activewear. Flatlock stitching lies completely flat against the skin — no raised seams to cause chafing during workouts. It's the industry standard for leggings, sports bras, and compression wear, and it's what separates professional activewear from basic garments.
4-way stretch testing. Every fabric batch is stretch-tested before cutting begins. We verify that the fabric returns to its original shape after stretching in all four directions. Fabrics that fail this test are rejected before they reach the production floor.
Colorfastness and shrinkage testing. All finished garments are tested for colour fastness to washing, perspiration, and rubbing — to international ISO standards. Shrinkage is tested at 30°C and 40°C wash cycles. Garments that don't meet our spec are reworked or replaced.
AQL quality inspection. Every production batch goes through an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspection before packing. We inspect for seam strength, print alignment, label placement, measurement accuracy, and fabric defects. Our AQL standard means less than 1% defect rate across bulk orders.
Durable elastics and waistbands. We source heavy-duty elastics for waistbands and cuffs that maintain their tension through repeated washing and high-stretch activity. Cheap elastics are one of the most common quality complaints in activewear — we eliminate this by sourcing from dedicated elastic suppliers, not general trim suppliers.
Sublimation and other latest tech for printing for activewear. Our sublimation capability means we can produce all-over printed activewear with vibrant, dye-fast colours that do not crack, peel, or fade.

Step 1 — Share your brief. Tell us the styles you want, the fabrics you're considering, your target price per piece, your order quantity, and your delivery timeline. The more detail you give us upfront, the faster we can move.
Step 2 — Fabric and trim sourcing. We source fabric samples from our certified mill partners and present options that match your performance requirements and budget. We also source all trims — elastics, labels, zippers, hardware.
Step 3 — Pattern creation. Our pattern team develops a technical pattern from your tech pack or reference sample. If you don't have a tech pack, we help you build one.
Step 4 — Sample development. First samples are typically ready in 7–10 business days. We ship the sample to you for fit and quality review. Most brands need one or two rounds of revisions before approving the final sample.
Step 5 — Bulk production. After sample sign-off, bulk production begins. Our production capacity is 2,000 to 5,000 pieces per day across all activewear categories.
Step 6 — AQL quality inspection. Every batch is inspected before packing. We check measurements, seam strength, print quality, label placement, and fabric defects.
Step 7 — Packing and shipping. Garments are folded, packed to your specification, and shipped globally. We handle all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
